My very first attempt at frying bee hoon was a flop haha way too wet and salty :( Should have known, since I wasn't really following my recipe closely. They laugh at the Aussies frying rice to a cook book recipe. I fry my bee hoon, follow a recipe, and still managed to fail walauuuuuu.
